Ingedients:
2 cups
all-purpose flour
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
½ cup butter
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup plus 2 Tbls. Lime Olive Oil
¾ cup granulated white sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. lime juice
2 large eggs
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
½ cup butter

½ tsp. lime juice

Directions:
Preheat oven
to 375 degrees
Cream butter,
oil, sugars, lime juice and vanilla until creamy and lightened in color. Add eggs beat well. Beat in salt and baking soda. Gradually add and beat in all-purpose flour,
and whole wheat white flour. Stir in
chips, coconut and macadamia nuts. Drop
by table spoons on baking sheet.
Bake 9 to 11
minutes or until golden brown. Cool
slightly before removing from baking sheet and placing on cooling racks.
