Roasted Cauliflower


 

Ingredients:

1 large head cauliflower cut into florets 
1 lemon or 2 to 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 Tablespoons Garlic Olive oil   
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:  

Preheat oven to 375.  Toss florets with garlic oil and lemon juice.  Spread cauliflower on sheet pan.  Bake cauliflower until it is fork tender and beginning to brown (stir every 15 to 20 minutes).  Sprinkle cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.
