White Bean Basil Dip




Ingredients:
1 can cannellini beans drained and rinsed 
1 head garlic roasted (directions below)
¼ Basil Olive Oil or more to taste
 ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
1 Tbls. lemon juice
Directions:
Squeeze garlic into food processor add remaining ingredients except olive oil in food processor, blend until well combined.  With processor running slowly stream in Basil olive oil.  Blend until smooth.
Roasted Garlic – cut top off garlic bulb drizzle with Olive oil seal in foil and place foil packet in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
