Cedar Plank Salmon



Ingredients:
Salmon steaks
 For each steak you will need:
1 lemon
1 lime
2 Tbsp Lemon infused olive oil 
1 tsp each dried thyme, oregano and dill 
Cedar plank (soak at least one hour before grilling)
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium
Juice and zest half the lemons and half the limes into a small bowl.  Add dried herbs and olive oil.  Wisk together and set aside.  Slice remaining lemons and limes and place in a single layer on the damp planks.   Place salmon on citrus slices and drizzle with juice and oil mixture. Place on grill and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the size of the steaks.  Plate the salmon and drizzle with white lemon balsamic vinegar.
