Spicy Grilled corn Salad






Ingredients:
4 ears grilled corn (directions below)
4 or 5 sweet peppers
1/2 a small sweet onion
¼ cup Roasted Chili Olive oil
¼ cup White Balsamic Vinegar 
3 TBs fresh lime juice
Tajin Clasico seasoning and salt to taste
Directions:
Finely dice sweet peppers and onion. Place diced onion and peppers, lime juice, olive oil and balsamic in bowl and stir to coat.  Remove the corn from the cob and add to pepper and onion mixture.
Grilling corn – Remove husks and silks.   Grill on medium heated grill until kernels begin to char and become soft. 
If you don't have grilled corn you can also use canned corn.
