Grilled Shrimp with cilantro lime sauce


Ingredients:
    shrimp and marinade
1 pound shrimp
1/4 cup lime olive oil plus 2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon paprika

   cilantro and lime sauce
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons  lime olive oil
2 tablespoons light sour cream
3 tablespoons Coconut Balsamic

Directions:

Place shrimp and marinade ingredients in large zip lock bag.  Marinate for at least 30 minutes.  Not more than 1 hour (the lime juice will make the shrimp chewy).

Skewer shrimp and cook on medium coals until shrimp is pink.  Aprox. 5 minutes.

Whisk all sauce ingredients together and serve with shrimp.
