1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup roasted peanuts (I add hot or spicy peanuts)
1/2 tsp or more to taste of cayenne
salt to taste
Pour popped corn into a large bowl and let cool while making caramel. Pick out all unpopped kernels. Unpopped kernels covered in caramel can be a serious tooth hazzard.
Mix honey and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to bowl over medium heat. Let it simmer for 2 minutes or a bit longer if you like a less sticky caramel. Remove pan from heat and stir in peanut butter and cayenne. Working quickly drizzle in caramel and sprinkle in salt and peanuts(You can rough chop the peanuts or add them whole.) while stirring and tossing popcorn to get a light coating.
