Loaded French Fries

 


Ingredients:

Frozen crinkle cut fries

1 Tbls. peanut or vegetable oil

season salt to taste

Bacon bits (I make my own crispy bacon bits by cutting the bacon into small bits and cooking until crispy, then draining on paper towel)

shredded cheddar cheese

Create a foil baking sheet, by folding up the edges.  Toss fries in oil and seasoned salt.  Place in single layer on foil. Preheat grill to medium heat.  Grill until fries begin to crisp, turn fries. Once they begin to crisp on all sides sprinkle fries with cheese and bacon bits.  Grill just until cheese begins to melt.
