Best Wings Ever

Ingredients:

Wing pieces
Wing rub (I usually make a large amount at once for multiple meals)
    2 parts smoked paprika, chipotle powder, cayenne
    1 part ground cumin, ancho powder, coriander, granulated garlic
1/2 cup wing sauce we prefer Otts brand
2 Tbs butter
tabasco to taste

Directions:
Coat wings with rub.  Let marinate at least one hour, potentially over night.
Grill wings until juices run clear.
While wings are cooking, place wing sauce and butter in small sauce pan.  Heat until wing sauce and butter are incorporated. Place wings in bowl and pour sauce over wings to coat or toss wings in sauce pan.  Place wings on grill just until sauce chars a bit and dries on the wings.
