Peperoncini and feta dip (Kopanisti)


1 Jar peperoncini peppers stems removed
6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 or 2 Tablespoons sour cream

Place peppers in food processor.  Process peppers until they are a fine chop.  Add Greek yogurt and feta.  Process until well blended.  Add 1 or 2 tablespoons sour cream if the dip is too tart.  Serve with pita chips or veggies for dipping.
